We have also been residents of Roseville for over 40 years. Our stamp business has been located at 2575 North Fairview for the last five years and it is our desire to remain in this area for many years to come. We located the property in question with the idea of building a customized office building. Our plans call for a two story walkout structure with a ~OOO square foot foundation. The overall outside design will resemble a residential structure with a pitched roof and possible brick and wood exterior. We plan to have approximately 40 parking spaces on the property and in addition we plan to landscape extensively. Since we are mostly a mail order business, we have a minimal amount of retail walk-in trade. Occasionally we hold auction sales. These are generally in the early evenings and on weekends. We expect to have a minimal effect on the traffic patterns in that area. The lower level of the building will initially be used for storage and future expansion. It is our intention to put some small specialty shop in the lower area in the future although there are no set plans for this at this time. We are sure that our business and eight employees will contribute to the growth and stability of the Roseville area for many years to come. Michael E.
