In this case, new sewer and water service <br />is requiredfor new vacant parcel, the location ofwhich shall be approved by the City <br />Engineer. The SACfee ($1,200) is required and will be collected on the new parcel at <br />the time the building permit is issued. <br /> <br />3.6 The City Engineer must review and approve the driveway curb cuts along North <br />McCarrons Boulevard prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />3.7 The City policy is to accept additional street right-ofway to meet city master roadway <br />plans. In this case, no additional right-ofway is required in this area. <br /> <br />3.8 The applicant must record the two parcel minor subdivision within 60 days after the <br />approval of the City Council. <br /> <br />Attached, please find a copy of the letter sent to the Department of Natural Resources and the <br />Capital Regions Watershed. I will contact you upon receipt of information from either of these <br />two organizations regarding the adjacent wetland.
