<br />3.8 The applicant must record the two parcel minor subdivision within 60 days after the <br />approval of the City Council. <br /> <br />4.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />4.1 The City staff has reviewed this minor subdivision proposal and finds that it meets the <br />requirements of the Comprehensive Plan and the Zoning and Subdivision Sections of the <br />City Code.
