<br /> <br />Community Development Department <br />651-490-2279 . fax: 651-490-2931 <br /> <br />October 31,2001 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursdav, November 8,2001, at 3:30 p.m., ill <br />the Roseville City Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Joan Schaut-Kasa, 940 Lovell Avenue, has requested a Setback Permit to allow construction of <br />a covered deck onto the front of the home. The proposal requests a three-foot encroachment <br />into the required 30-foot front yard (north) setback. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process affords adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and to attend the hearing and indicate opposition or suppOli. Should you <br />have any comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit application, please feel free <br />to attend the meeting on November 8, 2001, or you may call me at 651-490-2236. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the application, and site plan.
