After discussion and consideration, the Planning Commission, on October 2,2002,
recommended that the Council deny the request for the Twin Lakes Area B-6 map rezoning.

The Council, by a 5-0 vote, denied the request to rezone the Twin Lakes area (change the zoning
map) from B-1, B-4, 1-1 and 1-2 to B-6 Mixed Use Business Park, in order to allow individual
property owners to corne forth with proposed rezoning, consistent with the Comprehensive Plan,
at a future time.

If you have any questions relative to the Council's action, or would like to discuss this matter
further, please call me at 651.490.2232.

Sincerely,
CITY of ROSEVILLE

Dennis Welsch
Community Development Department
