Bruce Carlson ofNorthco <br />is out ofmwn until tomorrow, He has not seen the August 5 staffrcpon. <br /> <br />The staffreport, dated August 5, 2002, was just rece\ved by our office bye-mail today from Sean <br />Regan. Both our office and St. Paul Properties have :had an insufficient period of time since <br />yesterday to rr;:view and assess the staif report. <br /> <br />Accordingly, we request a delay as to lhis discussion item. <br /> <br />After having had an opponunity to review and discuss the slarT report, w~ anticipate further <br />discussions at the stafflevel preceding the Planning Commission meeting. It is my understanding <br />from our telephone conversation today that our request will be granted, and that the matter will be <br />continued into September, a delay ofapproximately:S weeks. Just as soon as you know, please <br />advise our clients and me of the exact date.
