<br /> <br />November 27, 2001 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursdav. December 6.2001. at 3:30 p.m.. in <br />the Roseville Citv Hall Communitv Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Shannon & Corey Hoagland, 809 Parker Avenue, are interested in removing an existing shed <br />from the side of their garage and in so doing have requested a Setback Permit to allow <br />construction of a 7 by 22 foot addition in place of the shed. The proposal requests a two-foot <br />encroachment into the required five-foot side yard setback for a portion of the seven-foot <br />wide garage addition. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also allow for the opportunity to comment at the above-mentioned <br />hearing. Should you have any comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit <br />application, please feel free to attend the meeting on December 6, 2001, or you may call me at <br />651-490-2236. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the application, and site plan.
