<br />problems with this program at the St. Rose site have been resolved. We believe that the <br />gentlemen staffing the parking lot are instructing people to park at other locations than <br />the adjacent streets. This does not seem to be working well enough. <br /> <br />We ask that the City take action to help resolve this problem. In order to be effective, <br />the No Parking signs need to be official and the restriction needs to be enforced. If the <br />cost to place and remove the temporary signs is an impediment to this action, please <br />consider asking the Fair to bear this cost. <br /> <br />Please do not ignore this problem.
