Sherman Miller, 1285 Skillman (corner of Dellwood and Skillman) advised that in 38 years, there have been only 28 years that St. Rose puts up signs. He also noted that there has only been 2 accidents in the neighborhood. The intersection has since had a stop sign installed and there haven't been any problems since then.
