Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Pacific PACIFIC MUTUAL <br />Mutual Door Company request for variance to zoning POOR COMPANY <br />ordinance to construct an addition at their facility <br />at 2645 and 2655 N. Fairview Avenue be continued to <br />the regular city council meeting of Tuesday, November <br />29, 1994. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson, <br />Mastel, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />F-4 Wiski moved, V. Johnson seconded, that Naftalia NAFTALIA <br />Alkali's request for a Special Use Permit to construct ALKALI <br />an auto repair facility at 3114 North Lexington Avenue <br />with a 5 foot east side parking lot setback variance <br />and a 10 foot north driveway side parking setback <br />variance be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That sidewalks be installed on both the Lexington <br />and County Road D sides of the property. <br /> <br />2. That the complete dedication, per the applicant's <br />survey, of right-af-way to the County be complete <br />and recorded before the building is occupied. <br /> <br />3. That alternate screening, approved by the City, <br />shall be provided on the east property line if the <br />garages on the adjacent property are removed. <br /> <br />4. That additional landscaping os provided on the <br />south side of the property as approved by city <br />staff. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, V. Johnson seconded, that the motion be <br />amended by adding Condition No. 5 as follows: <br /> <br />5. That City staff develop a maximum noise level <br />(decibels) that any business in the building may <br />generate at the property line. <br /> <br />Roll Call on the amendment, Ayes: Goedeke, P. <br />Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Roll Call on the main motion as amended, Ayes: <br />Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, and V. Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Good Value GOOD VALUE <br />Homes request for an amendment to the Comprehensive ROHas <br />Plan from Church to Medium Density Residential, <br />approval of the concept for a Planned Unit Development <br />adding eight units to the original Planned Unit <br />Development; approval of a preliminary plat (including <br />the eight units) and a private street system be <br />approved with the following conditions: <br />
