It is our intention to be a good neighbor and an asset to the community. This includes the appearance and sound levels. That's the way we operate our business. Unlike many corporate franchisees, our management people sincerely. and genuinely care about these matters and will immediately address any concerns that may arise. In addition, Randy Notto, the business and property owner will be active and occupy an on site office to oversee the operations. Sound Control Plan: 1. Enforce shop policy and procedures that keep sound levels to a minimum as a courtesy to our neighbors 2. Keep Overhead doors closed normally during cold weather months (September-May). During. warm weather months, south doors will remain closed in the morning until 9:00.AM and after . 4:30 PM and during any significant noise production which is expected to be within allowable and tolerable levels. 3. Signs will be posted in the shop regarding policy and procedure for opening. and closing doors as a courtesy to. our neighbors 4. We share the same concerns with the city and surrounding community in the interest of maintaining our positive reputation. As mentioned, we have no intentions to expand hours of operation beyond weekdays. We commit to maintaining the appearance and. making improvements.
