The conditional use permit expires 6 months after approval if a <br />building permit has not been issued (Section 1013.03). <br /> <br />Dennis J arat, from Sussell Howes, explained that Mr. Chierello <br />communicated with the neighbors. Mr. Chierello has a business in Mounds <br />View, wants to use the trailer for his vehicle and trailer storage and residential <br />uses. <br /> <br />Mr. Chierello said he did understand that he would be limited to one <br />accessory building and that was all he wanted on this site. <br /> <br />Dennis Jarat noted that the garage and house would be sided in vinyl. <br /> <br />There being no further discussion, Chair Duncan closed the hearing. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Mulder rnoved, seconded by Member Duncan, to <br />recommend approval of an 8 square foot variance from Section <br />1004.01A5 to allow construction of a detached accessory building 8 <br />square feet larger than the City Code allows for property located at 2415 <br />Dale Street, based on the comments and findings in Section 5 and 6 of the <br />project report dated April 3, 2002. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5, Traynor, Duncan, Cunningham, Mulder, Wilke <br />Nays: 1, Olson <br /> <br />Motion: Member Mulder moved, seconded by Member Duncan, to <br />recommend approval of a conditional use permit to allow construction of a <br />32 foot by 28 foot (896 sq. ft.) detached accessory building in the rear yard <br />of property located at 2415 Dale Street, based on the findings in Section 4 <br />and the conditions stipulated in Section 7 of the project report dated April <br />
