<br /> <br />Community Development Department <br />651-490-2279 . fax: 651-490-2931 <br /> <br />February 4, 2002 <br /> <br />Mr. Patrick James Chierello <br />2415 Dale Street <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Request for Variance to construct a detached garage larger than the principal <br />structure footprint. <br /> <br />Dear: Mr. Chierello: <br /> <br />I have received your application on behalf of Sussel Corporation seeking a variance to construct <br />a detached accessory building that would be 128 square feet larger than the footprint of the <br />principal structure (home). <br /> <br />I have reviewed the application for completeness and consistency with the City Code and have <br />determined that the application is incomplete. The following infom1ation is necessary before <br />your application can be forwarded to the Planning Commission for consideration: <br /> <br />· The provision of a narrative that supports your application describing/explaining <br />the hardship or circumstances that justify a departure from the City Code (see <br />Item 9A required on application). <br /> <br />· Completion of a Conditional Use Permit Application. Accessory buildings are <br />pem1itted up to 864 square feet and allowed by conditional use pennit from 865 to <br />1,008 square feet. Your request for a 896 square foot detached accessory building <br />requires a conditional use pem1it, as well as a variance. <br /> <br />Upon the completion and provision of the required information stated above, your application, if <br />determined complete, will be forwarded to the Plam1ing Conm1ission for consideration.
