Application submitted on February 1, 2002. <br />. Determined complete on February 7, 2002; 60-day review deadline April 8, 2002. <br />. Staff Review: approval with conditions - March 6, 2002. <br />. Planning Commission Consideration: March 6, 2002. <br />.
