(PF3374) <br /> <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />1.1 Mr. Robert Lichtscheidl has applied for a Conditional Use Permits to allow the <br />construction of a 1,008 square foot (24 foot by 42 foot) accessory building (detached <br />garage) in the rear yard of his property located at 2550 Western Avenue. <br /> <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br /> <br />. Application submitted on January 14,2002 <br />. Determined complete on February 6, 2002 <br />. 60-day review deadline on April 7, 2002 <br />. Staff Review: Approval with conditions - March 6, 2002 <br />. Planning Commission: Hearing - March 6, 2002 <br />. Anticipated Council Action - March 25, 2002 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of the request by the Mr. <br />Robert Lichtscheidl for a Conditional Use Permit allowing the construction of a 1,008 <br />square foot accessory building (detached garage) in the rear yard of property located at <br />2550 Western Avenue with the conditions indicated in Section 7 of this project report. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 By motion recommend approval of the request by the Mr. Robert Lichtscheidl for a <br />Conditional Use Permit allowing the construction of a 1,008 square foot accessory <br />building ( detached garage) in the rear yard of property located at 2550 Western <br />Avenue, subject to the conditions listed in Section 7 of this project report. <br /> <br />Project Specifics Staff Findings, Policy & Fiscal Implications, Detailed Recommendation, and <br />Suggested Planning Commission Action on following pages. <br /> <br />PF3374 RPCA - CUP 030602 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
