After discussion, the Council adopted the following <br />motion: <br /> <br />Council member Maschka moved, seconded by Member Schroeder, to approve the <br />request by Paul Kingfor a recombination of Lot 16, 17, 18, Block 1, Garcelon's <br />Addition, Block 1, 1938 Lake Street, to allow for one new 65' wide lot with a new <br />structure which meets the City Codes and Requirements, and one 85' wide lot for the <br />existing house, which also meets the City Codes and requirements. <br />Ayes: Klausing, Keogh, Maschka, Schroeder <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />The Council's approval of the minor subdivision now requires you to submit the proper <br />recording medium to the City for review and approval. It is necessary that a survey be <br />completed identifying the two new lots and that either a walTanty deed or quit claim deed be <br />submitted, which document contains the new legal description of each created lot.
