Lot Split is now a new north lot to be proposed for a single family building site at 65'
wide.

. The south lot with the existing house is now 85' wide.

. The proposed garage is now set back 21', (or at least as much as at 1938 Lake St.),
lessening the impervious surface area of driveway.

. The house and garage have been "flip-flopped". This puts the house farther from the
stormwater pond, and on higher ground.

. The basement floor will be constructed at an elevation at least 2 feet above the
stormwater pond outlet elevation.

It would be desirable in my opinion, if it's possible, to reduce some amount my 10' used
setback between the garage and north line and increase the 7' from the south line to keep
the houses farther apart.

INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF APPRAISERS

AMERICAN RIGHT OF WAY ASSOCIATION
