I have reviewed the submittal and determined <br />that the application is incomplete and cannot be forwarded to the Development Review <br />Committed (DRC) for review and consideration, nor can it be forwarded to the City Council. <br /> <br />The application does not include a nalTative explaining the intentions of the propeliy owner and <br />there is no conceptual site plan from which to review whether the division is consistent with the <br />City Code. <br /> <br />Since these two items are absent, the City is unable to properly process your application. Hence, <br />your application is determined incomplete. Please submit a nalTative and concephwlland <br />division/site plan (items 9 and 10 of the application).
