<br />Community Development Department <br />651-490-2279 . fax: 651-490-2931 <br /> <br />In summary, it is suggested that you revise your proposal to create a 65-foot wide parcel and an <br />85-foot wide parcel and determine the storm water pond outlet elevation. It is fUliher suggested <br />that you determine whether there is adequate room to construct a home on the new parcel within <br />the required setbacks. These include a front yard setback of 21 feet or in line with the existing <br />structure at 1938 Lake Street (whichever is greater); a side yard setback of seven feet; and a rear <br />yard setback of 20 feet from the storm water pond. <br /> <br />Upon receipt of the revised site plan (only document necessary) and a determination that a home <br />can be built on the new lot, your request will be placed on a City Council agenda for <br />consideration and action. Prior to the City Council meeting, I will mail you a formal notice and a <br />copy of the project report.
