<br />Page two <br /> <br />The DNR has interpreted its regulation to allow fences within the <br />set back area if the following is true: <br /> <br />1. The fence is perpendicular to the lake; and <br /> <br />2. If the fence is not an appurtenance to a building or <br />structure. <br /> <br />Our interpretation of our ordinance is the same as the DNR's <br />interpretation of its regulation.
