The City took no formal action on this matter during the 120 day period <br />following the filing of the application. The 120 day period was discussed with the City's attorney on <br />at least two occasions before this period expired. We believe the City is compelled, under Minnesota <br />law, to treat the Application as having been granted. <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to request a meeting with the City to discuss the issuance of permits to <br />extend municipal water and sewer lines to serve the two lots, and to agree on pennits for constmction <br />of the proposed driveways which were shown on the drawings filed with the City as a part of the <br />Application.
