Hamline Avenue

Dear Mr. Paschke:

I have enclosed an application for a minor subdivision of property on Hamline Avenue owned by
Tom Willmus, and I would like your assistance in filing this application for review by the
Development Review Committee.

I have enclosed a check in the amount of $100 to cover the City's fee for filing an application for
a minor subdivision, as well as three 24" x 36" copies and seven 11" x 17" copies of a
topographic survey indicating the property line change requested in the application.

As you will recall from our prior discussions, these lots were created by a subdivision of Tract B,
Registered Land Survey No. 189, which the City approved in 1993. Access problems for the
northerly of the two lots created by the 1993 subdivision (associated with the easement shown on
Registered Land Survey No. 189 being deemed ineffective) require that something be done to
provide the northerly lot access to Hamline Avenue. The re-subdivision requested in this
application will modify the boundary lines of the lots so that the northerly lot will also have
independent access to Hamline Avenue.
