EXHIBIT A Legal Description Parcell: That part of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 189 on file in the office ofthe Registrar of Titles, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying Northwesterly, West and Northwesterly of a line described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest comer of said Tract B; thence on an assumed bearing of North along the West line of said Tract B, a distance of 45.54 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North 44 degrees 24 minutes 54 seconds East 35.72 feet; thence North 20.02 feet; thence North 58 degrees 05 minutes 35 seconds East to the shore of Lake Josephine and said line there terminating.
