Application submitted on February 7, 2002 <br />. Determined complete on February 7, 2002 <br />. 60-day review deadline on April 8, 2002. <br />. Staff Review: Approval with conditions - March 6, 2002 <br />. Planning Commission: Hearing - March 6, 2002 <br />. Anticipated Council Action - March 25,2002 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of the request by Love From <br />Minnesota for a Conditional Use Permit allowing the retail sale (off-sale) of Minnesota <br />Wine on the premises located at 2465 Fairview Avenue with the conditions indicated in <br />Section 6 of this project report. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 By motion recommend approval of the request by Love From Minnesota for a <br />Conditional Use Permit to allow retail ( off-sale) sale of Minnesota wine at 2465 <br />Fairview Avenue, subject to the conditions listed in Section 6 of this project report. <br /> <br />Project specifics, staff findings, and detailed recommendation found on following pages. <br /> <br />PF3381 RPCA - CUP 030602 <br /> <br />Page 1 of3 <br />
