fence abutting the building, and the gate shall be kept closed at all times except when <br />88 <br />vehicles and/or boats are entering or exiting the storage area. <br />89 <br />b. <br />Screening that conforms to the zoning standards for screening outdoor storage uses shall be <br />90 <br />installed along the western, northern, and eastern sides of the outdoor storage area atsuch <br />91 <br />time as redevelopment occurs on any abutting property.Planning Division staff will notify <br />92 <br />Boaters Outlet if such redevelopment occursand will establish a reasonabletimeline for <br />93 <br />installation of the required screening, depending on weather and anticipated development <br />94 <br />schedules. <br />95 <br />c. <br />Boats that are unwrapped and in working condition may be displayed for sale in a display <br />96 <br />area along the south side of the screened/fenced storage area so as to be visible from County <br />97 <br />Road C, but all wrapped and/or inoperable boats shall be kept within the screened storage <br />98 <br />area. <br />99 <br />d. <br />The storage and display locations shall be limited to the respective areas identified on the site <br />100 <br />plan (included with this staff report as Attachment C) reviewed with this application. <br />101 <br />e. <br />This approval shall expire on January 31, 2020or upon the discontinuation of the outdoor <br />102 <br />storage use, whichever comes first. The outdoor storage use shall only be continued beyond <br />103 <br />January 31, 2020with renewed approval of the interim use. <br />104 <br />AA <br />LTERNATIVE CTIONS <br />105 <br />Pass a motion to table the item for future action. <br />Tabling beyond January 7, 2015,may require <br />106 <br />an extension of the 60-day action deadline established in Minn.
