EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of April 2002, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEXT AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO INCLUDE THE COUNTY ROAD C STREETS CAPE MANUAL INTO SECTION 5, TRANSPORTATION. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held on March 6, 2002, received a request from the City of Roseville (professional staff) to amend the text of the Roseville Comprehensive Plan to include the County Road C Streetscape Framework Manual; and 1. WHEREAS, after the public hearing, the Planning Commission recommended approval (6-0) for the inclusion of the County Road C Streetscape Framework Manual into the Comprehensive Plan as a general guide and reference document; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council to hereby approve and adopt the amendment to the Comprehensive Plan for the inclusion of the County Road C Streetscape Framework Manual, subject to: 1. Review and comments of the Metropolitan Council. 2. Proper rezoning of the subject parcel. 3. Approval of the Final Development Plan regarding the Planned Unit Development. 4. Approval, signature, and recording of the Planned Unit Development Agreement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
