<br />REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />Date: 04/08/02 <br />Item No: <br /> <br />Department Approval: Agenda Section: <br />LAND USE <br /> <br />Item Description: A request by the County Road C Task Force for a Comprehensive <br />Plan Text Amendment to include the County Road C Streetscape <br />Framework Manual (PF3382). <br /> <br />1.0 PROJECT REVIEW: <br /> <br />1.1 The County Road C Task Force has requested an amendment to the Transportation <br />Section (Section 5) of the Roseville Comprehensive Plan to include the recently completed <br />County Road C Streetscape Framework Manual. <br /> <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment Requested on February 12,2002 <br />Planning Commission Hearing/Recommendation (6-0) - March 6, 2002. <br />Anticipated Council Consideration - April 8, 2002 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development and Public Warks Staff recommend approval of the request <br />by the County Road C Taskforce to amend the text of the Roseville Comprehensive Plan, <br />Section 5, Transportation, to include the County Road C Streetscape Framework Manual. <br /> <br />2.2 The Roseville Planning Commission held the required hearing on March 6, 2002 <br />pertaining to the Comprehensive Plan amendment and voted (6-0) to recommend <br />approval. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 Approval; See Section 7.1 for suggested action. <br /> <br />Project Specifics, Policy & Fiscal Implications, Staff Findings, Detailed Recommendation, and <br />Suggested Planning Commission Action on following pages. <br /> <br />PF3382 ReA (03/25/02) -Page 1 <br />
