Now Mr. Hoffs tactic is to get a variance, \vhich, I reiterate, 14 of 16 neighbors oppose. The
objective of Mr. Hoff is to use this permitted variance to grandfather himself on future
construction plans along his southern border and return his repair shop to his the garage located
on his property.

I respectfully ask your rejection of the variance for impact to the entire lake, recreational users,
and for environmental concerns expressed by the DNR and the decreasing of my property value
by a taking without compensation or any construction input.

The footprint of this fence is a visual blight on the entire lake and will have, if granted a
variance, an impact to the lake community and users of the lake tor eternity.

How can one homeowner be allowed to have this impact on so many property owners and
recreational users?

I appreciate your hearing my views as those of others and thank you for your deliberation.

Daniel M.
