On behalf of Dean and the staff I have attached our initial comments and suggest <br />that HGA meet with the staff to clarify many of these issues. The HGA work does not appear to have recognized the City <br />Comprehensive Plan and Vision; or, has taken some extraordinary latitude to change ultimate land uses that we are <br />unaware of at this time. Our engineering staff continues to review the engineering issues related to the land use scenarios <br />and will have further comment. On behalf of Council Member Dean Maschka and staff, thank you for the opportunity to <br />comment and we hope that you will schedule and attend (with us) a meeting with HGA regarding these issues.
