Maintenance. The transit shelters shall be malntained a flunmlum of twice' <br />vveekly with such maintenance to include sweeping, cleaning, empty'ing tTilSh <br />receptacles, picking-up litter/ debris about the shelter, and rerncwing graffiti. Shelters <br />and sidewalks shall be power-washed at least once each month, v\leather permitting. <br /> <br />3. Repair and I\eplacement. Outdoor Prornotions shall at its own cost iHlcl within <br />forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of notification thereof from the City, repair or repLtl:e <br />any damaged or defaced shelters or individuill parts thereof. <br /> <br />4. i\dvertising. Each transit shelter installed by Outdoor Promcltions shall (nntdin <br />two panels for advertising displays measuring no more than 48" wide and 72" high, <br />either positioned to form a triangle or placed back. to-back on one-way streets. \Vht'l'l' <br />the sidewalk is detached and is situated behind the shelter, a third panel will be Mickel <br />on the back of the triangle for the City's lIse for public service announcements.
