Size: lines 39 thru 42. ... The maximum size of a bus shelter shall be ten (10) feet in <br />height, fourteen (14) feet length, and five (5) feet in width erected upon a concrete pad of <br />maximum size fifteen (15) feet in length and six (6) feet in width. The length of a shelter <br />shall be determined by the Public Works Director and shall be dependent upon the <br />number of buses or vehicles and users that frequent the bus stop. <br /> <br />F. Color: lines 4 thru 7.... advertising panels in a 2-sided 'V' display affixed to the end <br />wall of the shelter (or road wall on a narrow right-of-way application) and <br />perpendicular to the roadway curb or edge viewable from one or both ends of the <br />shelter. The Public Works Director shall determine the location of shelters to assure <br />line of sight and traffic safety. Signage on benches and shelters shall require permits as <br />required by Chapter 1009. <br /> <br />G. Removal: lines 13 and 14. ... removed in order to permit right-of-way improvements <br />or maintenance and the provider shall be reimbursed for the <br />cost of the replacement concrete pad and utility access. If the location of the bench or <br />shelter is a safety hazard or if it interferes with pedestrian or vehicular traffice on the <br />right of way, or if the bus route changes, the provider shall incur the cost of removal. <br />
