<br />d. The modular classroom facilities must be removed within 30 days if the use as a <br />temporary classroom is discontinued. <br /> <br />e. Provision of a fire alarm system with strobe lights in each of the four classrooms. <br /> <br />f. The modular classroom building be skirted and include a ramp for handicapped <br />access. <br /> <br />g. The temporary modular classroom structure and the previously approved <br />temporary modular office structure must be painted to blend with the brick <br />exterior of Advent Lutheran Church. <br /> <br />h. All trash and recycling containers shall meet Section 1 OlO.llC of the Roseville <br />City Code. <br /> <br />i. Provision of a minimum of two restroom facilities within the modular structure, <br />pumped and sanitized, meeting city, and state Health, Building, and Plumbing <br />Code requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />j. The Interim Use Permit being null and void after 6 months should Family <br />Academy not receive the necessary permits through the Roseville Community <br />Development Department. <br /> <br />k. The Interim Use Permit and any extension are subject to any conditions <br />recommended by the Commission and approved by the Council. <br /> <br /> <br />7.0 PLANNING COMMISSION CONSIDERATION: <br /> <br />7.1 On June 5, 2002, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding <br />Family Academy's interim use permit request for a second modular structure at Advent <br />Lutheran Church. No citizens were present at the hearing to address the request or the <br />Commission. <br /> <br />7.2 The Commission did have questions of staff and the applicant. Specifically, the <br />Commission questioned the duration ofthe interim use permit; wanted to know the <br />anticipated maximum student enrollment; voiced concerns over the availability of <br />restrooms for the modular facility; and asked specifics about the structure and its location. <br /> <br />7.3 The City Planner and Anne Hennessey, President/Dean of Students - Family Academy, <br />provided the Commission with answers to most of the questions/concerns raised <br />regarding the four classroom modular facility. <br /> <br />7.4 The Planning Commission voted (5 - 0) to recommend approval ofthe interim use permit <br />request by Family Academy to allow the placement of a temporary modular classroom <br />structure on the south side of the classroom portion of Advent Lutheran Church, based on <br /> <br />PF3392 - ReA 061702 - Page 4 of 5 <br />
