D. <br /> <br />Agenda Section: <br />CONSENT <br /> <br />Request by Richard Vazquez for a 7.5 foot front yard setback variance <br />to Section 1004.02D5 of the Roseville City Code for property located at <br />812 Lovell Avenue (PF3396). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />1.1 Richard Vazquez has submitted an application for a 7.5 foot variance to Section <br />1004.02D5 (Minimum Yard Requirements - Front Yard Setback) to allow the <br />construction of a front porch onto his existing home at 812 Lovell Avenue, to within 22.5 <br />feet of the front property line. <br /> <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br /> <br />. Application submitted on April 19, 2002. <br />. Determined incomplete on May 6, 2002. <br />. 60-day review deadline on July 5, 2002. <br />. Staff Review: Approval June 5, 2002. <br />. Planning Commission: Recommendation to Approve (5 - 0), June 5, 2002. <br />.
