Application submitted on April 19, 2002. <br />. Determined incomplete on May 6, 2002. <br />. 60-day review deadline on July 5, 2002. <br />. Staff Review: Approval June 5, 2002. <br />. Planning Commission: Recommendation to Approve (5 - 0), June 5, 2002. <br />.
