<br /> <br />STATE <br />County 0 <br />OFFICE <br />Th i s is <br /> <br />RECORDER <br /> <br />, EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the I ih day of June 2002, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10002 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO SECTION 602.02 (PARKING ON <br />BOULEVARD PROHIBITED) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 3107 WEST OWASSO BOULEVARD (PF 3400). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Robert Wilson has requested a variance to Section 602.02 (Parking on <br />Boulevard Prohibited) of the Roseville City Code to allow parking of vehicles in front of a new <br />attached garage (Resolution 1000 I; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Wilson's property is located at 3107 West Owasso Boulevard and <br />legally described at as: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 1, Minnesota Realty Co's Owasso (PID#0229231J0029) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 602.02 (Parking on Boulevard Prohibited) of the Roseville City <br />Code does not allow the parking of any vehicle in the boulevard adjacent a public street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Wilson is replacing the existing carport with a two stall attached <br />garage, which distance from garage to property line will be 17 feet and falls under 20 foot <br />minimum distance residential parking space size; and <br /> <br />1 <br />
