<br />WHEREAS, if a 20 foot deep pad was created on the driveway (in front of garage) the <br />east edge of the car would be more than 25 feet from the curb line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />variance request by Mr. Wilson and recommended (3 - 1, w/one Commissioner abstaining) to <br />approve the request, based on findings outlined in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the <br />project report dated June 5, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant <br />Robert Wilson 13 foot variance to Section 602.02 (Parking on Boulevard Prohibited) of the <br />Roseville City Code based on the findings in Section 5 of the project report dated June 17,2002, <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, <br />Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka, Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
