Passage and publication of Ordinance # 1245 (Rezoning of Property to B-PUD). <br />C. Publication of the ordinance in the Roseville Review, the CITY's official newspaper <br />D. Execution of this agreement by the CITY and the DEVELOPER. <br />E. Recording of this agreement with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />2.0 REQUEST for PUD APPROVAL <br /> <br />The DEVELOPER has requested that the CITY approve a Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />(PF#3277) that redevelops the former .56 acre residential parcel (two homes used to occupy the <br />parcel) into a five unit (attached) office condominium site.
