<br />Project Narrative <br />Wildlife Rehabilitation Center <br /> <br />Prepared By: <br />RLK-Kuusisto, Ltd. <br />May 7, 2002 <br /> <br />For Easement Vacation Request <br /> <br />Easement Vacation Reauest <br />On behalf ofthe Wildlife Rehabilitation Center and Ryan Companies US, Inc., RLK-Kuusisto, Ltd. <br />requests a partial vacation ofthe 20-foot public sanitary sewer easement that traverses the parking lot at <br />2530 Dale Street. The request for this vacation is the result of the presence of wetlands adjacent to the <br />proposed Wildlife Rehabilitation Center building. In an effOli to preserve the wetlands, the Wildlife <br />Rehabilitation Center is requesting patiial vacation of the existing easement and dedication of a new <br />easement. As a part ofthe easement vacation, the underlying sanitary sewer line will be relocated within <br />the new easement. <br /> <br />RLK-Kuusisto, Ltd. respectfully requests the City of Rose vi lie's approval of the easement vacation and <br />dedication.
