<br /> <br />April 10,2002 <br /> <br />Q C Energy I1 LC <br />4330 II Iii St. <br />Rock Island, IL 6120 I -6747 <br /> <br />Re: 2 J 54 Lexington Ave., Roseville, MN <br /> <br />Dear Sir/Madam, <br /> <br />As previously stated in correspondence sent to you in November of 200 I and in January of 2002, <br />a number of Roseville City Code public nuisance violations exist on the property referenced <br />above, which our records indicate is owned by Q C Energy I1 LC. A reinspection of this property <br />on 4-9-02 has shown that to date, no corrections of these violations have occurred. <br /> <br />Specifically, these violations include: <br />407.02 J & K - Building Maintenance and Standards. <br />I. Light panels on the building are missing and broken. <br />2. Doors are not secured. <br />3. Structure in need of painting due to peel ing paint. <br />407.03 H - Junk. <br />I. Site is littered with pallets, tires, fencing, a broken cabinet and other debris. <br />407.02 C - Weeds. <br />I. Vegetation has not been maintained below 8" in height. <br /> <br />Please be aware that unless the above listed violations are corrected within 15 days, the City will <br />pursue abatement of the violations through Roseville City Code Section 407.06 (copy enclosed). <br /> <br />Please note that private action to correct violations of this nature can often be accomplished at <br />much less cost than when the public sector is involved. Also, please be aware that administrative <br />costs incurred by the City will be included on to abatement charges assessed to the property. We <br />therefore encourage you to correct these violations on your own.
