<br />City Council Minutes -- 06/1 0/02 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn noted an aging Roseville housing stock, the <br />time it takes to make a difference, citizens' opportunity <br />to influence an HRA, accountability, consolidation, truth <br />in taxation, and not net increases in tax burden. <br /> <br />Beets outlined his thoughts and feelings. <br /> <br />Schroeder indicated he was not ready to proceed at this <br />time. <br /> <br />Kough spoke in favor of an HRA Board, but a less-than- <br />maximum levy -- around $108,000 or $110,000. <br /> <br />Burrell spoke in favor of an advisory, fact-finding body, <br />rather than a new legal entity that can be sued. <br /> <br />Kough moved, Kysylyczyn seconded, to table for a week <br />consideration of an advisory body. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, and Kysylyczyn.
