<br /> <br />July 26, 2002 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearinf! on Thursdav, AUf!ust 1,2002, at 3:30 p.m., in the <br />Roseville Citv Hall Communitv Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Frances Anderson, 2276 West Highway 36, is seeking approval to replace a pre-existing non- <br />contorming driveway that lies closer than two teet to the side yard property line. The proposal <br />requests allowance to replace the driveway in its current (exact) location, an encroachment <br />of up to two feet or a zero setback. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also allow for the opportunity to comment at the above-mentioned <br />hearing.
