Anticipated Council Action: August 18,2003 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of a 14 foot VARIANCE to <br />Section 1009.04A2 and Section 1009.03M of the Roseville City Code allowing a second <br />monument sign on the property located at 2555 Snelling Avenue, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 Adopt two resolutions w/conditions (see Section 8 for detailed action). <br /> <br />PF3502 - ReA 081803 - Page 1 of 5 <br />
