Application submitted on June 23, 2003. <br />. Determined complete on June 26, 2003. <br />. 60-day review deadline on August 25, 2003. <br />· Staff Review & Recommendation: Approval w/Conditions - August 6, 2003. <br />· Planning Commission: Hearing/Approval Recommendation - August 6, 2003 <br />. Anticipated Council Action: August 18, 2003 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of a 14 foot VARIANCE to <br />Section 1009.04A2 and Section 1009.03M of the Roseville City Code allowing a second <br />monument sign on the property located at 2555 Snelling Avenue, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 By motion recommend approval w/conditions (see Section 7 for detailed action). <br /> <br />PF3502 - RPCA 080603 - Page 1 of 4 <br />
