Chairman Mulder closed the hearing. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Mulder moved, seconded by Member Stone, to recommend <br />approval of a 20 foot variance to Section 1004.0 IE (Exception) of the Roseville <br />City Code, based on the findings of Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the <br />project report dated August 6, 2003, and to include windows as per windows <br />shown on east and west sides of the application drawings. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Mulder moved, seconded by Member Peper, to recommend <br />approval of a 6 inch variance to Section 1004.02D5 (Dwelling Dimensions - Side <br />Yard Setback) of the Roseville City Code, based on the findings of Section 5 and <br />conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated August 6,2003. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />
