Anticipated Council Action: August 18, 2003 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of a 20 foot VARIANCE to <br />Section 1004.01E (Exception) and a 6 inch VARIANCE to Section 1004.02DS <br />(Dwelling Dimensions-Side Yard Setback) of the Roseville City Code for James Paal to <br />allow construction of an attached garage and an addition to the existing attached garage <br />(future living area) on to front (south) and side (east) of their home at 1047 Burke <br />Avenue, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 Adopt two resolutions of approval (see Section 8 for detailed action). <br /> <br />PF3503 - ReA 081803 - Page 1 of 6 <br />
