<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE/CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of August, 2003, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, and <br />Kysylyczyn; <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10129 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 5 FOOT 2 INCH VARIANCE TO SECTION 1005.01A2 <br />OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />1881 HIGHWAY 36 WEST (PF3507). <br />() <br />WHEREAS, Vicorp Inc., CRick Foerster) has requested a 5 foot 2 inch variance to Section <br />1005.01A2 (Side Yard Setback) of the Roseville City Code to allow the construction of a 5 feet <br />by 15 feet (75 sq. ft.) uni -sex restroom on the east side of the building located at 1881 Highway <br />36 and legally described as: <br /> <br />X Part of Lot 1, Block 3, Rosedale Center Second Addition <br /> <br />PIN: 09-29-23-31-0013 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1005.01A2 of the Roseville City Code requires all side yard <br />setbacks to be a minimum of ten feet (10') from a side property line in this section of Roseville; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the existing Vicorp Inc., principal structure lies 10 feet from the side yard <br />property line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Vicorp Inc., desires to construct a 5 feet by 15 feet (75 sq. ft.) uni-sex <br />restroom addition that would encroach 5 feet 2 inches into the required 10 foot side yard setback; <br />and <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />/--3 <br />
