Anticipated Council Action - August 18, 2003 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of a five foot two inch side <br />yard setback VARIANCE to Section 100S.01A2 of the Roseville City Code for Vicorp <br />Restaurant Inc. to allow construction of a 75 square foot uni-sex restroom to comply with <br />the Minnesota State Accessibility Code for property at 1881 Highway 36 West, subject to <br />conditions. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 By motion, recommend approval with conditions (see Section 7 for more detail). <br /> <br />PF3507 - RPCA 080603- Page 1 of 4 <br />
