Another alternative would be that a County <br />Road B frontage road could be dedicated to provide public access to these businesses. See comment <br />above. When we last met you indicated that you would be discussing these <br />requirements with Rice Creek Watershed District. We contacted the District, and they indicated that <br />they have not had any additional contact regarding this proposal. They asked me to reiterate that <br />this proposed redevelopment 'vvould exceed their 50% threshold. <br /> <br />There are other issues that we will need to finalize regarding drainage, utilities and traffic circulation. <br />We will discuss these as more information becomes available.
