The City will not grant this <br />variance to Target based uvon other vro;ects that are reQuired to <br />meet this condition within the city and in the same area as the <br />vrovosed SuverTarget <br /> <br />Each Redeveloper will pay the normal permit and plan review fees, <br />utility access fees and obtain necessary building and other permits <br />for the construction of their portion of the Development Property. <br /> <br />Each Redeveloper is responsible for park dedication fees wholly or <br />partially in lieu of the dedication of land for use as public parks per <br />the City Code Section II requirements and subject to Park <br />Commission review and recommendations to the City Council. <br />The fees are based upon a percentage of pre-redevelopment <br />assessed value of commercial land. <br /> <br />.>~>>..._._..._...~The Redevelopers will pay the costs of any consultants, including <br />legal, planning, engineering and financial, that are not City <br />employees and that the City retains to assist it with reviewing, <br />designing and implementing the proposed project on the <br />Development Property. The cost reQuired bv the <br />Redevelovers is onlv after the avvroval of this MOD. <br /> <br />This Memorandum of Understanding is not intended to be a <br />contract for private redevelopment or other binding agreement, or <br />evidence of such an agreement. This Memorandum of <br />Understanding constitutes only a summary of the key elements of <br />the proposed transaction. It does not contain all matters upon <br />which agreement must be reached in the definitive contract for <br />private redevelopment.
