Application submitted on July 31, 2003. <br />. Determined complete on August 22,2003. <br />. 60-day review deadline on October 21,2003. <br />. Staff Review & Recommendation: Approval w/Conditions - Sept. 3,2003. <br />. Planning Commission Action: Denial Recommendation (6-0 w/1 abstentions). <br />. Anticipated Council Action: September 22, 2003. <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />2.1 The Planning Commission recommended that the request by Mr. Scott Santanni, 1019 <br />Sherren Street, for a 309 sq. ft. VARIANCE to Section 1004.01A5 of the Roseville City <br />Code be DENIED.
