This is a violation of Sections 407.02 <br />0,407.02 L, and 407.03 H of the City Code. These materials must be placed inside the <br />garage or removed from the property before August 22nd, 2003. <br /> <br />e The existing gravel driveway has been enlarged without proper permits and approvals. 'rhis <br />is a violation of 703.043.7 and 703.02 A. Work on this new driveway must stop <br />immediately until a permit is obtained. Please submit a site plan showing the new boundary <br />of the driveway along with an approved surface material (concrete, asphalt or pavers) and <br />apply for a permit by 4:30 on July 281h, 2003. <br /> <br />e 'l'he drainage swale on the North side of your property must be competed. It must be <br />deeper, surfaced with a ground cover and be located totaIIy within you property line. Please <br />complete bef()[e August nnd, 2003. These must be stored inside before August 22nd, 2003. <br /> <br /><II> On the front of the house a deck is currently under construction. City Code Section 901 <br />requires permits for deck. Please stop all work on this structure and obtain a building permit <br />before continuing with construction.
